Orders and support

MODE 4K uses the name, email, phone number, province, selected devices, subscription choices and notes you submit to process your order, set up your account and provide support. Order information is stored in our website’s hosted backend and accessed by the administrator. Payment is by Interac after you confirm setup works.

Facebook PageView and Lead measurement

On the homepage and public checkout pages, Meta Platforms (Facebook) may receive public page URLs, IP address, browser and device information, and advertising cookies through Meta Pixel 2981753232184051. This supports PageView measurement and ad optimization. After the backend confirms a newly saved subscription order, a Lead event with an anonymous deduplication identifier may be sent from checkout. Lead means an order request was saved, not that payment was received. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, order details, customer matching information, InitiateCheckout or Purchase events, or server-side Conversions API events. Admin, login and private order receipts are excluded.

Tracking is blocked in regions requiring advertising consent until you explicitly accept, and is also blocked when your region cannot be determined. Elsewhere it may run without a banner, while respecting saved rejection and supported browser opt-outs. Location is determined from the website’s country lookup. No automatic consent banner is currently shown.

Your choice and withdrawal

Cookie settings lets you accept or reject advertising and withdraw acceptance at any time. Rejection takes effect immediately, including in other open tabs. Changing settings alone does not change your choice. Events blocked before acceptance are not replayed. Your browser stores a random visitor reference, the country if known, your choices, timestamps, and the notice text/version shown; earlier acceptance evidence is retained when you withdraw. Clearing browser storage removes this local record.

Meta processes received information under its Privacy Policy. You can also manage advertising preferences through your Facebook account.
